In July 1982, Volkswagen reviews the legendary Golf GTI with a mechanics that evolves to 1781 cm3 to 112 hp. In the landmark modifications, the suspensions are more flexible, an on-board computer is fitted as standard and a 5-door version is now available in France.
In 1983, Volkswagen released a special series called "Pirelli", sold and manufactured for 6 months to 10 500 copies. This version is recognizable by its rims whose sail was endowed with "P" as " Pirelli " equipped with Pirelli P6 tires.
Our copy was registered on August 31, 1983,
and has been fully restored. New interior / exterior paint, newly redesigned as the engine block, clutch, brakes or the original fabric upholstery. A maximum of parts are from Volkswagen Classic Parts.
