A delightful "Belle Epoque " 1909 Tourer. Supplied as a chassis to
CONNAUGHT of Picadilly, who built the pretty 2 seater with Dickie, high
quality body for an officer of the Guards. Powerful 2300cc 4 cylinder
engine driving a 4 speed gearbox. The car has been in the same ownership
from 1955 until recently. Having been stored for many years it has been
recommissioned by Tim Whellock of Vintage Sportscar Services. Work
included removing and cleaning the petrol tank, the sump and gearbox and
re-lining the clutch. The brakes were also re-lined. The car now drives
very well and is much admired for its incredible originality. Original
leather upholstery and hood. Original hand book and registration number.
