1939 BUICK STRAIGHT 8 FIREBALL

Probably the best 1939 Buick Straight 8 Fireball Special Sedan in existence. A 100 point concours car. This one-in-a-million find after spending decades in a dry storage garage and only having covered some 30,000 miles from new with 3 owners, but still being a good sound example, was eventually taken out of her garage in 2009, then being UK registered and the new owner, a perfectionist, proceeded to spend £50,000 over the next 2 years here in the UK, on a total body off, nut and bolt restoration at no expense spared, being completed by 2011. All bills and receipts for work carried out available with this magnificent car and her mileage still showing less than 34,000 miles from new. Retaining her original brochures, handbooks, workshop manual and Buick memorabilia. As stated in the Classic American magazine of 2014, If one was ever to wonder what it was like to own or drive a brand new straight 8 American Sedan out of the showroom back in the 1930s, this 1939 Buick special is as close as you could possibly get. Being finished in her original colour of Graphite with matching lush Grey wool interior. White wall tyres and all period fittings.
