1957 BMW ISETTA 300
The Isetta is the brand name of the most famous "bubblecar" that first was produced by the Italian firm of Iso SpA ' ' Renzo Rivolta. Isetta ' means ' small ' Iso '. The Isetta is a mini car that is characterized by a single door on the front and a small rear track. The shortage of steel after World War II provided a great popularity of compact cars, often with three wheels. There was a need for closed transportation but there were many demands on luggage space or safety not yet asked. Also the Isetta and the Messerschmitt expressed futuristic design with their cockpit-like bodywork and convex Windows. This one has been fully restored and built up with the most beautiful and classic colour combintation for this Bubblecar. Drives really fantastic and gives another dimensions of driving!
