1920 RENAULT 40CV

This type was produced in 1919-1921 and was one of the most prestigious cars in the world. Renault has competed with this expensive technically advanced model with the Farman A6B, Minerva AK, Rolls-Royce 40/50 Silver Ghost, Hispano Suiza H6, Isotta Fraschini Type 8.

It is the largest automobile produced by Renault which, despite its progress, has featured some of the features of the first decade, such as a "hatch" hood that covered the engine's rear cooler, giving it a very compact look. However, the hood was not preserved, so it was scanned by the Chropyne engineering company in Netherlands museum and Veteran Clinic Division was newly made.

Consumption at 70 km/h is 27 liters of petrol, with a maximum speed of 130 km/h. Only 35 cars were produced, 7 cars were preserved.

The vehicle is gradually restored sensitively so that anything that can do without renovation remains in its original state. At present, the engine is completely refurbished after a complete overhaul and the chassis. The car is mobile and has very good driving characteristics, comparable to R + R Phantom I.

1933 HISPANO-SUIZA K6 LIMOUSINE BY VAN VOOREN

This Hispano-Suiza K6 is powered by a 5,184 cc six-cylinder OHV, developed by Marc Birkigt. The engine had a shorter 110-millimetre stroke and improved suction, making it 120 hp, even though it was smaller than its predecessor. The three-speed manual gearbox, rigid axles with semi-elliptical front and rear suspension and drum brakes on all four wheels, made the K6 a very sophisticated and high-quality car that was popular with many leading French bodybuilders.

The offered car, chassis number 15027 was delivered in 1933 to well-known wholesaler L. Duval-Lemonier of Normandy, who in the 1950s joined forces with PA Halley, which gave rise to the huge company Promodés. In 1999, it announced a deal with Carrefour and was the largest retail group in Europe and the second largest in the world (right after Walmart).

This original "Limousine" body comes from the famous French car body, Carrosserie Vanvooren. The car is in an excellent, fully functional condition with all the original details and interior and with a nice patina.
