1989 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER GX
In metallic light bronze with cloth upholstery.
This special and very rare Landcruiser is in superb original
condition throughout. It has a fantastic, unmolested interior that does
not smell of dog or rotten sheep and an immmaculate exterior with only a
couple of minor blemishes. The original body decals are still in place
and the bumpers, normally rusty on Landcruisers, are straight and
correct. Even the number plates are the original supplying dealer items
and their rear window sticker is still in place.
The interior has been protected with Toyota supplied mats and a Toyota plastic load bay protector has been fitted since new. The seats do not sag and the switch gear and controls are all unworn.
The underside has been protected with Waxoyl for many years and is rust free, unheard of on an Eighties Landcruiser!
The Landcruiser has only covered 103,000 miles since and was treated to a bottom-up engine rebuild by a racing engine specialist 12,000 miles ago and is quiet, smooth and pulls well. A Pace Inter-cooler is fitted and the old girl really does motor along well if you push her.
The specification includes a four litre, turbocharged, six cylinder diesel engine with a Pace Inter-cooler, a five speed manual gearbox, power steering, electric windows all round and central locking. The factory alloy wheels have been fully refurbished recently.
Incredibly rare in this condition, this Landcruiser must be of only a handful left in this beautiful condition
