1966 JAGUAR E-TYPE SERIES I 4.2 Litre
1966 Jaguar E-Type S1 4.2 Coupe. Grey with red leather interior. This car was subject to a full restoration in the late 80s which was photographically documented and the car has covered just 7000 miles since. There has been a total of 5 owners from new. Matching Numbers. This car is supplied with an impressive history file containing the handbook, servicing and maintenance records and numerous MOT certificates.
This car comes with two sets of wheels as displayed in the photographs, containing both the original wire set as well the later wheels that appeared on the series 3 E-Types.
Furthermore this car has just undergone a total engine rebuild, a gearbox rebuild and had a new clutch installed and therefore represents a fantastic opportunity to own a Series 1 E-Type that has been thoroughly looked after and cherished, and is now ready to be driven and enjoyed.
