MORRIS OXFORD SERIES Vl FARINA

This 1962 example of a Morris Oxford A60 Series lV Farina is in very good condition.

Between 2011 and 2015 over £8700 was spent on its restoration and improvement including over £3500 spent with Steve Turner, who is a recognized specialist Farina repairer and secretary of the Oxford-Cambridge Owners Club.

The work Mr. Turner completed included a full engine rebuild, a new clutch, new leaf springs, new brakes, brake master cylinder, petrol pump, clutch master cylinder, suspension bushes, and numerous other parts.

Since then it has had a full body respray at a cost of £2630 plus the cost of some new panels where needed.

The car spent 2016 in professional storage at a cost of £1195 and recently it has had a new carpet set fitted.

The history file contains the current V5, the current MOT, numerous old mot certificates, an original owners handbook, a wonderful handwritten Motor Car Expenses Book covering the first few years of its life detailing mileage covered and petrol used and a large number of invoices detailing the restoration work carried out and the parts purchased.

The current MOT runs until September 2019 although it is MOT exempt and the recorded mileage is 72119.

The car will be licensed for twelve months from the date of sale for the new owner at no cost as the car qualifies for the Historic Taxation class.

UK wide professional delivery is available. Please ring for a quote. We are also happy to deliver to any mainland port for export.
