1967 JAGUAR S-TYPE 3.4S
Manual, Overdrive, 66K Miles, Full MOT, RHD, Beautifully restored example.

We are proud to offer for sale this stunning low mileage example of a beautifully restored Jaguar S-Type. Presented in flawless opalescent silver blue paintwork with contrasting oxblood full leather interior, resulting in a simply breathtaking overall appearance. A full bare metal restoration was undertaken by M&C Wilkinson Ltd (Jaguar Specialists) in 2001/2002 with invoices totalling over £30,000 present, along with photographic records of the work carried out. The car has been dry stored and has covered only 5,000 miles since restoration. The car starts with ease and runs and drives superbly, benefiting from the rare manual gearbox with overdrive working as it should. A folder of past service invoices and old MOT are also present along with the original handbook and maintenance chart. The car has just been fully checked over and is supplied with full 12 months MOT. This is a rare opportunity to acquire what has to be one of the best S-Types in the country. Any inspection is welcomed.

1960 JAGUAR XK150 3.8S DHC
By John May

RACING GREEN WITH BISCUIT HIDE INTERIOR

STRAIGHT-SIX 3781cc 265 BHP DOHC ENGINE WITH THREE SU CARBURETORS, JAGUAR OVERDRIVE GEARBOX WITH 2.7 RATIO, POWER STEERING, WIRE WHEELS, BUCKET SEATS IN LEATHER.
An opportunity to purchase a very special Jaguar XK150 3.8 S which has been made even more desirable with fast-road upgrades and enhancements by renowned Jaguar marque specialists John May/XK Developments of Tewkesbury, and Trafford Competition Engines of Malvern.
Announced in its home market in May 1957, the XK150 bore a family resemblance to the XK120 and XK140 but the XK150 was radically revised. A one-piece windscreen replaced the split screen, and the wing line no longer dropped quite as deeply at the doors. The widened bonnet opened down to the wings, and on the open two-seater, the windscreen frame was moved back 4 inches, (102 mm) to make the bonnet longer. Four-wheel Dunlop 12 in (305 mm) disc brakes appeared for the first time. A 3.8 litre 150S could top 135 mph (217 km/h) and go from 0–60 mph in around 7.0 seconds.
This XK150 S was re-commissioned in 2009, and there is a full photographic record of both the mechanical and body restoration. There is also an impressive history file, which includes, invoices for works, invoices for parts, the green log book, subsequent V5s, historic RFL discs and MOT certificates. It’s valuable original registration number ‘8895 WW’ will also be included in the sale.
This Jaguar XK 150 3.8 S is available to view at our London showrooms.
