1919 LE ZEBRE TYPE D

Chassis number D20 6744. This very pretty interesting little 998 cc car started life in Brittany and was apparently laid up in a barn before WW2. Evidently the owner died in the war. It was then imported into the UK in 1976. It was then comprehensively restored by well known specialists including Trojan Ltd. It was finally registered WP 2959 in 1981. An ideal VSCC light car contender. A huge history file documents the painstaking work carried out. Photographic record of engine and gearbox rebuild. Several original booklets are also with it. New tonneau cover. MOT etc.
